An Airplane Had To Turn Around Mid-Flight Because A Mom Forgot Her Newborn Baby At The Airport

Telegraph- A young mother on a flight from Saudi Arabia to Malaysia reportedly had the shock of her life when she realised she had accidentally left her baby behind in the airport terminal.

The Saudi Arabian Airlines flight to Kuala Lumpur returned to its gate in King Abdulaziz airport, Jeddah after the panicked woman alerted cabin crew that she had forgotten to bring her child. A video of the pilot requesting Air Traffic Control in Arabic and English for permission to return has gone viral on social media. “May God be with us. Can we come back or what?” he is heard asking. One of the surprised controllers can then be heard telling a colleague: “This flight is requesting to come back…a passenger forgot her baby in the waiting area, the poor thing.” He then adds: “OK, head back to the gate. This is totally a new one for us!”

I know this lady probably got a fair share of passive-aggressive huffs and puffs from the passengers on that flight for making their plane turnaround for a passenger that didn’t even have to pay for a seat. But she will not get any such judgement from me. Anybody that has ever been through the meat grinder that is living with a newborn baby understands how this woman fucked up. Your brain becomes complete mush when you are with a newborn that doesn’t give a fuck about sleeping during normal human hours. Noodle motherfucking City. I’ve put milk in the kitchen cabinet, coffee mugs in the refrigerator, and driven for miles with a box of pizza on the roof of my car multiple times while dealing with a newborn because that awful time of your life is a fog. I mean I never left any of my kids anywhere because I am actually a good parent. But I can sympathize why this lady left her kid behind because she either:

A. Was so exhausted by the mental warfare of raising a newborn that she forgot about the most important carry-on item she brought (outside of her cell phone, obviously).

or

B. Was so exhausted by the mental warfare of raising a newborn that she wanted to party her new mom ass off in Kuala Lumpur and figured the lost and found at the Saudi airport would cost significantly less than any babysitter would with likely the same level of service.

Regardless of the reason, this mom will not be shamed by me on Barstool Sports (dot) com. Not once, not never.
